REST AND REJUVENATION

Over training whether at home or at the gym does more harm than good. The body must be given time to recover and repair itself after routine workouts. To get maximum benefit from your exercise regime, be sure to include rest or recovery days...your body will thank you for it.

SLEEP



Good quality sleep is also essential to our overall health and wellbeing. One of the main functions again is to allow the body to rest and repair; tissue and muscle repair takes place during quality sleep time. So don't cheat yourself out of this healthy necessity called sleep.
