CHALLENGE THYSELF

Before starting any fitness program it is advised to get medical clearance first; chat with your doctor as well as your gym instructor or personal trainer to ensure that the level of physical activity is just right for you. Once you've started training and your endurance build over time, you can then consider taking it up a notch.
